Everywhere else it is a flat €40, however far your disco cat has to travel. We cover the rest ourselves.
Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are payable on arrival.
If your Disco Cat arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 30 days of delivery. Please notify us in advance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your package’s delivery status.
Once your order is confirmed, we will pack and ship it as soon as possible (unless stated otherwise).
We ship from Belgium, so please keep in mind that delivery may take some time depending on your location.
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import taxes (Groovy Paws is based in Belgium).
For orders outside the EU, your package may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations and order value. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
